What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 12:00 PM and check-out is by 10:30 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is possible when the apartment is free the night before or after — just ask on WhatsApp when you book.
Is the whole apartment private?
Yes. Each booking is for an entire floor — all three bedrooms, both washrooms, the dining area and your own entrance. Nothing is shared with other guests.
How many people can stay?
Each apartment sleeps up to 8 guests across three bedrooms. For larger groups, book both the 4th and 5th floors (up to 16). The nightly price covers the base occupancy shown on the calendar; extra guests are quoted before you confirm.
How do I book and pay?
Pick your dates on the availability calendar, add your details and send the pre-filled WhatsApp message. We confirm within 30 minutes and share payment details (UPI or bank transfer) — there is no payment on the website.
Is parking available?
Yes, there is parking at the building for guests. Let us know how many vehicles you are bringing.
Can we cook?
Yes — the apartment has a kitchen with a fridge, cooking range and basic utensils. D-Mart is 800 m away for groceries.
